A Quaker Pattern Book

If "Rev. 1" is not printed on the copyright lines of your product then your version was from the first printing.  Charts F and G were mislabeled everywhere in the first printing; the A-B-C- chart should have been chart F, and the V-W-X- chart should have been chart G.  These errors appear in the linen layout on page 1, the chart names on pages 4 and 5, and figures 2-5 on page 7.  Your stitching is unaffected.

The only change necessary is in assembly:  The A-B-C- page must be placed over page E (figures 2 and 3 in the assembly instructions), and the V-W-X- page must be placed to the right of the A-B-C- page and over page D (figures 4 and 5 in the assembly instructions).

Rev. 1 corrects these errors.

Oops—We forgot to tell you to sew down the bottom edge of your pocket.  Please add the following note to your instructions on page 3, column 2, paragraph 2 (this is after the pocket sides have been sewn down to the lining fabric):

Using thread to match the silk and tiny hand stitches, attach the bottom of the pocket to the silk lining.
